Recovery and write-off reconciliation
A focused reconciliation of financial outcomes sitting in the fraud-monitoring application against general-ledger accounts and bank movements, with a documented break list.
Many Malaysian institutions can show a case that was “recovered” in the fraud-monitoring application and still fail to show the cash. Others post recoveries in finance while the application still carries the case as a loss. This engagement locks a period, maps the relevant accounts, and performs a three-way match.
We do not ask you to trust a system report. Extracts are tied back to case identifiers, then to journal lines, then to bank narrative or clearing-account movement. Breaks are aged and assigned: timing, miscoding, duplicate posting, or a true unrecorded amount.
The output is a reconciliation pack your financial controller can sign. Where we recommend journals, we draft the schedule; we do not post to your books.
