Atlas

Signal Atlas

A field atlas of index panels and early-warning chart formats we adapt for Malaysian leadership rooms.

Large colourful chart wall in a working studio

The Signal Atlas is our working library of panel grammars — not a product catalogue. Each format below is a starting shape we redraw around your drivers, print size, and reading distance.

Index panel formats

Spine index

One oversized index number with three driver chips beneath. Best when the room must agree on a single headline before opening exceptions. Works on a 1.5 m printed panel or a lobby screen in portrait.

Split ledger

Index on the left, cash and volume drivers on the right in a ledger rhythm. Finance rooms favour this when the controller presents first and operations answers second.

Band ladder

The index sits above a vertical ladder of amber thresholds. Useful when the debate is “how close are we,” not “what is the number.”

Early-warning chart formats

Horizon bands

Line charts with painted green–amber–red zones behind the series. Duty managers learn the zones in one walkthrough.

Trigger tiles

Four square tiles, each with a single leading measure and a one-line trigger. Designed for clipboards and small break-room walls.

Pace strip

A horizontal strip comparing plan pace versus actual pace for the week. We use this when lagging P&L arrives too late for shift decisions.

How to use the atlas

  1. Pick one index format and one warning format that match your room.
  2. Browse commissions to see which engagement delivers them.
  3. Send a brief with photo of your current wall if you have one — even a phone snap helps.

We redraw every atlas format for your weights and language. Nothing ships as a generic template with your logo dropped in.
