A compact set of leading charts with explicit threshold bands and a trigger glossary for duty managers.
Who it is for
Operations and supply leads who already have an index or headline score but lack clear amber triggers before a miss becomes a board slide.
What you receive
Three to five leading charts, each with agreed bands, a one-page trigger glossary, and a suggested escalation line for the duty manager. We do not expand this into a full index rebuild unless you commission that separately.
How we work
We review the last quarter of misses, pick leading measures that actually moved first, then draw bands the floor can defend. One revision cycle is included after the pilot week.
Pricing note
Suites start from RM 12,500 when source extracts are already clean. Messy reconciliations or multi-site band negotiations are quoted separately.
