Process

  1. Discovery — we sit with the people who argue the numbers and list leading versus lagging measures.
  2. Formula draft — weights, exclusions, and edge cases written as sentences, not only spreadsheet cells.
  3. Visual compose — index hero panel plus three to five signal charts tested for distance reading.
  4. Pilot & handover — two live huddles, then the kit moves to your owners.

Duration & delivery

Typical builds run four to six weeks depending on data access and stakeholder calendars. Work is hybrid: at least one on-site or co-located session in Sabah when travel allows, with remote reviews for peninsula stakeholders.

Preparation

Bring the last two reporting packs, the current target sheet, and one person who can explain where each number is born. Lock a decision owner before week two.

Constraints

We cap an index at a small set of drivers. If a measure cannot be refreshed on your stated cycle, it stays off the index and may appear only as a supporting note.
